The college does not host a summer commencement. Penn state abington conveniently located in a suburban setting, north of philadelphia, and easily accessible by public transportation. Penn state altoona holds commencement ceremonies on the saturday of finals week during the fall and spring semesters. The calendar is subject to change and may conflict with some religious holidays.
